Scope

Panel upgrade for a multi-unit building: replacement of overloaded panel, dedicated AC circuits for four units, and circuit labelling across common areas.

Challenge

Tenants were experiencing frequent breaker trips due to AC units sharing circuits with general loads. Downtime needed to be minimised across occupied units.

Solution

We scheduled a phased upgrade during low-usage hours, installed dedicated AC circuits per unit, and replaced the main panel with capacity for future additions.
